One of the ways that parents, caregivers and kin can get involved and have input into their young persons education is to join the School Council. Meetings are held twice per term, on a Thursday @ 5.30pm. School Councils have a say in the broad direction and vision of the school including the Strategic Plan and Annual Implementation Plan. Approval of camps and curriculum days falls under the jurisdiction of the School Council as well as overseeing the correct expenditure of school monies and any major projects undertaken at the school.

School council elections are held during February and March and all parents, caregivers and kin will be provided for information on how to nominate each February. The AGM is held in March.
